Services Provided Same-Day Laundry Service provides residential and commercial laundry services including: Wash & Fold Pickup & Delivery Same-Day / Rush Services Membership Laundry Plans Commercial Laundry Services Service availability may vary based on location, weather, holidays, staffing, and demand. 2. Pickup & Delivery Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry bags are securely prepared and accessible at the scheduled pickup time. Same-Day Laundry Service is not responsible for: Delays caused by inaccessible pickup locations Incorrect addresses provided by customers Missed pickups due to unavailable items Delays caused by severe weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances Delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed. 3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include: Credit/Debit Cards Online Payments Approved Business Invoicing Returned payments or failed transactions may result in delayed or suspended service. Membership plans automatically renew monthly unless canceled according to the cancellation policy. 4. Pricing & Membership Plans Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Monthly membership plans are based on reasonable residential household usage. Excessive or commercial-level usage under residential plans may result in additional charges or plan adjustments. Unused services do not roll over to future billing periods. 5. Same-Day Service Same-day turnaround service is based on operational availability and order cutoff times. While we strive to complete all rush orders on time, completion times are not guaranteed in cases involving: Equipment failure High order volume Severe weather Delivery delays Unforeseen operational interruptions
6. Garment Care & Liability Customers are responsible for: Emptying pockets Checking garments for valuables Following garment care label instructions Informing staff of delicate or specialty items Same-Day Laundry Service is not liable for: Items left in pockets Normal wear and tear Shrinkage due to improper labeling Color bleeding from improperly manufactured garments Damage resulting from pre-existing fabric weaknesses Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Liability for damaged items shall not exceed: The current replacement value of the garment, or Ten (10) times the service charge for the affected item
7. Lost or Unclaimed Laundry Laundry not claimed within 30 days may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at the company’s discretion. Same-Day Laundry Service is not responsible for unclaimed items after this period. 8. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customers may cancel or reschedule pickups with reasonable notice. Repeated missed pickups or cancellations may result in service restrictions or additional fees. Membership cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. 9. Commercial Accounts Commercial account terms may be governed by separate written agreements. Late payments on commercial accounts may result in: Service suspension Late fees Collection actions if necessary
